Drum Hill Country House to dedicate an evenings entertainment to the legendary Fiesta Ballroom

In it’s hey day The Fiesta Ballroom in Letterkenny was one of the Mecca’s for dancers in North East Donegal during the 1960s and 70s.
When The Fiesta Ballroom first opened its doors to the public on October 5th, 1962, it quickly became a place of music, entertainment and match-making and holds many great memories for a lot of local people.
The Drum Hill Country House, Letterkenny wants to celebrate and re-live these memories by hosting a Fiesta Ball Re-union on the 26th of June in the Tutor Suite and then every last Saturday of the month after that. Proceeds from the events will be donated to various local charities.
The evening will most certainly evoke glowing memories of the ballroom days with music by a numerous array of quality bands and star performers of the show band era.
The reunion promises to be a glamorous, fun night out and most of all is supporting great local causes! Tickets are available at The Drum Hill Country House, located four miles outside Letterkenny on the main Lifford Road or by ringing the venue on 0749157136.
